MinuteMap Route Guardian rechecks the accessibility dependencies of a saved journey and can notify its owner when a relevant condition changes.
What Route Guardian monitors
Guardian evaluates the saved origin, destination, direction, transfers, station accessibility, and known elevator dependencies with the same evidence boundaries used by the route planner.
Relevant disruption detection
An elevator outage or service change becomes critical only when it matches the saved journey. Nearby or informational conditions can remain context instead of being presented as a failed route.
Critical and informational alerts
Critical alerts focus on serious, directly relevant changes. The Everything setting can include broader context and a weekly brief without turning every nearby event into an immediate email.
Restoration and accessible alternatives
Guardian can report when the usual route is supportable again and look for an alternative when current evidence invalidates a saved path. It does not claim that an unverified connection is accessible.
Quiet, private monitoring
Repeated results are grouped and repeat email is suppressed. Guardian monitors the saved journey configuration, not the rider's live location.
